Error 1701 VoiceKit Over

I've replied to a similar question and started a thread myself about this. Maybe all these threads can be consolidated so we have a central place to track this issue.

Idem pour iPod shuffle 3ème génération ! Impossible de télécharger la dernière version de VoiceOver Kit (erreur 1701). J'ai essayé de restaurer l'iPod, de supprimer Itunes et de le ré-installer, rien n'y fait !

N'ayant que la commande sur l'écouteur, cela devient vraiment gênant !

Quelqu'un chez Apple aurait-il une solution à nous donner ???

I have an iPod Shuffle 4Gen.

Apparently VoiceOver is not supported by Mavericks yet. Shouldn't be a big fix, but it is a bit ridiculous.

I love VoiceOver because of its versatility, I don't like using my iPod without VoiceOver.
